Consistently Accurate Results

When the world’s best biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies need their pressure instruments calibrated, they call Masy. Our clients appreciate that we will get their calibration job done quickly and accurately every time. We are an industry leader in NVLAP-accredited pressure calibrations, offering a high level of uncertainty and quick turnaround times, unlike any other calibration service provider (NVLAP lab code 200904-0).

Our pressure calibration service offers high-quality calibration uncertainties, traceable to the International System of Units (SI) through the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) or other national metrology institutes. Our in-house seasoned metrology staff performs calibrating services, following our industry-leading processes and standing by our commitment to quality. As a result, we can provide unparalleled calibration service for your absolute pressure, gauge pressure, or differential pressure instruments.

All main-in pressure calibrations are done with Masy’s most precise and accurate primary standards measurements. For standard pressure calibrations (1–1,000 PSI), we use the Fluke PG7601 for accuracy and flexibility in calibrating all standard sensors, gauges, and reference standards. High-sensitivity pressure sensors require our MKS PV5 vacuum cart in order to calibrate sensors down to 1 µtorr. We use the PV cart along with Additel ADT 760 Series pressure standards to calibrate pharmaceutical process equipment such as lyophilizers. If you need complete validation and qualification services for your process equipment, visit our validation services page.

Our 400-ft2 environmentally controlled pressure calibration lab features the highest calibration standards and state-of-the-art calibration technology. Masy monitors our lab conditions 24/7 and halts calibrations if conditions stray from your environmental specifications. We record the environmental conditions on each calibration certificate to greater confidence in our calibration services.

Masy’s primary reference standards are traceable to the International System of Units (SI) through the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) or other national metrology institutes, which allow us to provide optimal measurement accuracy. Many of Masy's primary reference standards are hand-carried to NIST for calibration and direct traceability.
