Our Approach to Datalogger Calibration

Our equipment calibrations are performed in a 11,000-ft² environmentally controlled metrology laboratory, featuring the highest quality calibration standards and state-of-the-art calibration technology. Our process provides optimal accuracy for your sensitive metrology standards and laboratory instruments. To facilitate repeatable and accurate calibrations, we meticulously maintain our calibration lab at 22.5 °C (±2.5 °C) and 40% RH (±10%). Our calibration capabilities capture a wide range of dataloggers, including those for warehouse mapping, chamber qualification, cold chain shipping and other environmental dataloggers.

Monitoring lab conditions throughout your calibration cycle is critical to accurate results. Alcami monitors our lab conditions 24/7 and halts calibrations if conditions stray from your environmental specifications. We record the environmental conditions on each calibration certificate to build greater confidence in our calibration services.

We are proud to be ANAB Accredited, and all primary reference standards are traceable to recognized International Standards, allowing us to provide optimal measurement accuracy. Many of Alcami's primary reference standards are sent directly to NIST for calibration and direct traceability.
