Ensuring Measurement Accuracy for your Critical Thermometry Instruments
Accurately-calibrated primary temperature reference standards are critical to the successful operation of pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies. When thermometry standards in your cGLP laboratory and cGMP manufacturing environment are correctly calibrated, the overall integrity and quality of your production chain is greatly improved — helping to keep consumers safe, products effective, and operations profitable.
Masy BioServices’ Approach to Calibration
Masy’s temperature primary standards calibration service offers high-quality calibration uncertainties, traceable to the International System of Units (SI) through the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) or other national metrology institutes.
Mail-in calibrations are performed in our 10,000ft2 environmentally-controlled metrology laboratory, featuring the highest-quality calibration standards and state-of-the-art calibration technology, allowing us to offer minimal measurement uncertainty for your sensitive metrology standards and laboratory instruments.
Masy’s metrology laboratory is meticulously maintained at 21-23°C with 30-55% relative humidity, facilitating repeatable and accurate calibration.
The laboratory’s suite of fixed-point temperature reference cells ranges from -196°C Argon through 1200°C Silver, providing the widest range of commercial metrology capabilities required for your specific needs. Fixed-point or comparison calibrations are available.
The Right Range for your Requirements
Our thermometry calibration range is -196°C to 1200°C / -320°F to 2192°F, including fixed points at:
-189.3442°C Argon Triple Point
