How Shipping Options Affect Equipment Calibration Turnaround Time:

Masy Systems strives to provide exceptional customer service and responsive turnaround time in everything we do. The customer’s choice of carrier and shipping method can affect calibration turnaround times by as much as a day in many (or most) cases. In order to ensure that your equipment is calibrated and returned in the most expeditious manner, please consider the impact of the following carrier options:

UPS

  •  All Services received at Masy Systems between 10 and 11am, typically      allowing us to start the calibration process that same day *.

    FedEx

  •  Priority Overnight® received at Masy Systems by 11 am, typically allowing      us to start the calibration process that same day *.
  •  Standard Overnight®, 2Day®, Ground® received at Masy Systems between      3 and 5pm, postponing the start of calibration until the following business      day.

  •  Next Day AM, Next Day Noon received at Masy Systems before noon,      frequently allowing us to start the calibration process that same day *.
  •  Next Day PM, 2 Day, Ground received at Masy Systems between 3 and 5pm,      postponing the start of calibration until the following business day.

*Note: In winter months, equipment must reach ambient temperature before beginning calibration, which usually requires an additional 1 to 2 hours. In most cases, calibration will still commence the same day as receipt of equipment.
