Based on your standard operating procedures (SOPs), we perform precise validation services and analysis including thermal, humidity and CO2 mapping, empty chamber distribution studies and load penetration studies. We also calibrate your process controls traceable to NIST. As a cost-saving measure we apply our experience with instrumentation and controls, recommending and implementing modifications essential to bring your equipment into compliance.

Masy Systems also validates Validator 2000 dataloggers, documenting that your equipment and components are installed and operating as required. We provide Installation and Operational Qualification Protocols based on a template from the manufacturer, modified with our extensive validation experience, and edited specifically for your equipmrent. The Masy Validation Package includes executed protocols, supporting documentation, detailed summary analysis, NIST traceable calibration certificates for all equipment utilized and GMP compliant testing and documentation. Validated Systems are also available as rental units with purchased documentation.
