Masy System provides In-House calibration services that meet or exceed cGMP requirements, which assure adequate and continuous performance of measurement equipment with respect to accuracy and precision, resulting in equipment that is both safe and effective.

Performing a full verification provides critical information that many of our customers have requested to support the accuracy requirements of their instruments. Our calibration certificates not only include as found and as left data, but also verification that the probe is in tolerance at the full range of temperatures.

Our laboratory is accredited in accordance with the recognized International Standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005 to perform commercial calibration services including: specific temperature, voltage, and resistance measurements, including the ability to perform 17025 accredited calibrations of temperature standards (SPRT to fixed point cells, GE Kaye IRTD-400, IRTD-500 and Hart Scientific / Fluke Super Thermometer) and drywell temperature baths (GE Kaye HTR-400 and LTR-140, Hart 9105, 9107 and others).

We can calibrate your Validator 2000 and Digi dataloggers, temperature reference baths, temperature reference standards, thermocouples, relative humidity sensors and chamber controls. Our staff of fully trained personnel properly perform calibration procedures, and have the technical education and experience to understand the complexity of measurement, documentation, and acceptance requirements needed in the chemical, biological, medical, and environmental fields.

Careful attention has been given to control the effects of temperature, humidity, vibration, and cleanliness when performing these calibrations, and Masy Systems provides traceable NIST certification that equipment is calibrated under these stringently controlled conditions following appropriate cGMP procedures.

Temperature Standards:

IRTDs undergo the following steps as part of the standard calibration process: initial as found at -196ºC, 0ºC, 100ºC, 400ºC, as left calibration at -196ºC, 0ºC, 100ºC, 400ºC, and full verification at all four points, -196ºC, 0ºC, 100ºC, 400ºC, verifying the IRTD is repeatable, stable, accurate and in tolerance.

Thermocouple Calibrations:

Initial Pre-Run Calibrations
Automatic: Low, High and Check in range of -30°C to 140°C or 30°C to 400°C. Additional checks available.

Manual: Low -196°C, High 0°C to 400°C, Check -30°C to 140°C or Check -80°C. Additional checks available.

Final Post-Run Calibrations
Manual: Checks at -196°C, -80°C and/or within range -30°C to 400°C.
